Up to two children under 6 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night when using existing beds.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night (sleeping in a crib).
All children under 6 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night (for extra beds).
The maximum number of extra beds is 2.

- High Season: from 02/08 al 29/08 - minimu stay 7 days from saturday to saturday
- Medium Season: from 12/04 al 04/05 – 31/05 al 01/08- 30/08 al 26/09 -31/10 al 02/11-(min. 2 days)
The fee includes : linen changed weekly , water, electricity , gas , final cleaning , swimming pool , parking , wi - fi , barbecue.
The fee not Includes: heating consumption EUR 2,50 / mc of methane gas
Pets: are accepted only small pets
