Breakfast is included for stays of 1, 2, or 3 nights only. For weekly stays, breakfast is not included.

• Mid Season: 12/04–04/05 · 31/05–01/08 · 30/08–26/09 · 31/10–02/11 (minimum 2 nights)

Included in the rate: Weekly linen change, water and electricity consumption, final cleaning, use of the pool, parking, Wi-Fi, barbecue, and washing machine.

Not included: Heating (metered): €2.00 per m³ of natural gas. Wellness area with hot tub.

Pets: Only small pets are accepted.

Payment: A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking via:

• Bank transfer (IBAN provided upon booking)

• Cash
  Balance to be paid on site.

Cancellation policy: If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable; however, it may be used within 6 months for a subsequent booking of the same duration, to be agreed upon together, excluding the high season.
